  • The Royal Santrian does not accommodate child under 12 years old in both villa categories
  • Check in time is 14:00 hours and check out time is 12:00 noon.
  • All reservations through the website must be guaranteed by a credit card.
  • In the event of cancellation 7 (seven) days prior to arrival date, the reservation will be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to the value of one nights accommodation.
  • NO SHOW POLICY:  Credit cards details held by The Royal Santrian will only be debited in the event of no-show. A one night room rental (inclusive of service charge and government taxes) will be charged through the credit cards.
